1.Can you tell us a bit about yourself and your background?

I am the owner of Pink Fizz Social and a Social Media Expert.  I help small businesses increase their visibility, engagement and sales. I also run a Social Impact Live each year with the next one being in October this year.  

2. What award did you win, and why is this award significant to you?

I won Marketing Magnifico and it feels absolutely amazing that someone nominated me in the first place and then I got the nominations to get through to the final and then judges selected me from everyone else.  Winning reconfirms the mission I am on and to know I am making a positive impact. 

3. How did you feel when you found out you had won the award?

I am still in shock, I was in a category with such incredible people who are far more established and well known than me so I am truly honoured.

4. What role do you believe awards and recognition play in motivating individuals and enhancing performance?

In business it can feel lonely, like a little fish in a big tank and this means that people are seeing me.  I am being recognised for the work I do.  It allows your confidence to shine brighter and gives the courage to continue in your quest.

5. So what next, how will receiving this award influence your goals and future aspirations?

To continue to make an impact and to change more peoples life's!
