1. About the training
The training, toolkits and resources provided by PM Business Support Services are designed to offer practical guidance and support for managers working in regulated care, early years and specialist provision settings. They are intended to support confident, proportionate decision-making.
The content does not constitute legal advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional legal or HR advice specific to your circumstances.
2. Application and outcomes
The training supports proportionate, best-practice decision-making but cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
Decisions and actions taken remain the responsibility of the organisation and its managers, taking account of their own policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
3. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
While the training and toolkits are designed around best practice and the employment law framework applicable in England and Wales, organisations operating in Scotland or Northern Ireland should be aware that employment law and regulatory requirements may differ in certain respects.
The training is intended to support proportionate, fair decision-making and good management practice. Organisations remain responsible for ensuring that any action taken complies with the employment law, regulatory guidance, and tribunal procedures applicable within their own jurisdiction.
Where necessary, organisations should seek jurisdiction-specific advice.
4. Use of materials
All materials are for use within the purchaser’s organisation only.
They may not be shared, reproduced, resold or distributed outside your organisation without written permission.
5. Access and delivery
Access to digital training and resources is provided online following purchase.
You are responsible for ensuring the email address provided at checkout is correct and for maintaining access to your login details.
Access to digital training and toolkits is provided on a named-user basis.
Where more than one manager requires access, each individual manager should have their own login. Sharing access via a single email address or login is not permitted, as this does not support appropriate accountability, reporting, or evidence of completion in regulated environments.
Where an organisation would like multiple managers to access the training, this can be arranged.
Please note that the training and toolkit are intended for organisational use, and no additional charge is made for multiple or all managers within the same organisation to have access.
To ensure appropriate access is set up, please contact us with the names and email addresses of each manager requiring access so that individual logins can be created.
Certificates of completion, where provided, are issued on an individual basis only and can only be generated for managers who have accessed and completed the training using their own named login.
6. Compliance reporting
Where an organisation requires evidence of training completion for inspection, audit, or internal compliance purposes, a completion report can be provided on request.
Reports are available for managers who have accessed and completed the training using their own named login and will include:
• name of manager
• course or toolkit undertaken
• date of completion
To request a compliance report, please send your request to the email provided below.
Please be aware compliance reports can only reflect activity recorded within the training platform and do not confirm application of learning in practice.
Completion reports are generated based on platform activity and are intended to support inspection or audit requirements, not to evidence competence or performance.
7. Application of guidance
All decisions taken using the guidance remain the responsibility of the manager and/or organisation. Outcomes may vary depending on context, and professional judgement should always be applied.
PM Business Support Services accepts no liability for actions taken based on the use of the materials, and outcomes may vary depending on context and application.
8. Safeguarding and statutory duties
Nothing within the training or toolkits replaces an organisation’s statutory safeguarding responsibilities or duty to escalate concerns to the appropriate authorities.
Where a safeguarding concern arises, organisations and managers must follow their own safeguarding policies and local authority or regulatory requirements.
9. Updates to content
Training materials may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in best practice, guidance, or regulatory expectations. Access will always be to the most current version of the materials.
10. Refunds
Due to the digital nature of the training and immediate access being provided, refunds are not offered once access has been granted, unless required by law or agreed otherwise in writing.
11. Feedback and testimonials
From time to time, we may invite feedback on our training, toolkits, and services. Any feedback provided is entirely voluntary and helps us improve and refine what we offer.
With your permission, anonymised or attributed feedback may be shared on our website, emails, or social media channels. We will never publish identifiable feedback without your consent.
You are under no obligation to provide feedback, and choosing not to do so will not affect your access to training or support.
12. Platform availability
While reasonable efforts are made to ensure ongoing access to digital training and resources, access may occasionally be affected by maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside our control.
PM Business Support Services is not liable for temporary interruptions to access, provided reasonable steps are taken to restore service.
If there are any problems accessing the platform please contact us on the email provided below.
13. Data protection
Personal data provided for access, reporting, or certification purposes will be processed in line with applicable data protection legislation and used only for the purposes of delivering the training, access, and associated support.
14. Contact details
