Who are PM Business Support Services

PM Business Support Services was founded by Pam Molyneux, a HR and people development specialist in 2021.

The team is made up of HR and people development specialists each with over 25 years in the arena of HR and people management, supporting managers and teams in the corporate and SME world. Additionally they also have considerable experience in the outsource arena world and are well versed with the trust that business owners and management teams place in such partners.

Pam and the team of HR Specialist's have a passion to help people and teams to develop from where they are today, to a place that better serves their long-term plans and immediate needs.

As an independent business owner, my sanity and success are greatly bolstered by regular visits to Unique Ladies. Suzy Orr has fostered an environment where authenticity and support flourish. Since networking with Unique Ladies from 2019, this has been so impactful that I took up a Network Leader role in 2023, and now proudly manage the Bolton area, aiming to learn from and support the wonderful women of Bolton and the broader Unique Ladies community.

Being part of The Trainers Training Company community, led by the wonderful Sharon Gaskin, is an invaluable experience, surrounded by like-minded learning and development professionals. I have seen the power of and benefitted greatly from networking and building relationships in communities with like-minded professionals, so, when I found Trainer Talk in November 2022, I knew this was going to be a great place to learn, grow and build my business and felt it important to have a Trainer Talk local to me and so became a Leader for Manchester in September 2023.

The Press Room, guided by the incredibly knowledgeable Amy Merrywest, keeps me updated on all things PR.

Our event bookings are seamlessly handled by the fantastic team at Trybooking, known for their exceptional customer service and passion.

Keeping me co-ordinated and streamlined from a website, client contact and social media perspective is Darren from Can Do Leads. Darren's knowledge and expertise is critical to my efficiency and professionalism when it comes to holding all of that together - backed by an amazing piece of software, that really does have it all.

Then there's the essential side of business – compliance. This isn't everyone's cup of tea, but it's crucial.

When I needed GDPR assistance, Howard from Fortis DPC was there to expertly handle it.

Liane and her team at Tilleys Accountancy have been indispensable for managing our accounts and Revenue requirements.

And for IT support, Dave and his team at No Fuss IT have been our knights in shining armour, ensuring our laptops and online security are top-notch.

We're incredibly grateful to these individuals and teams – they're the ones who keep us afloat daily. They remind us of the importance of surrounding ourselves with people who complement our skills, take care of the things we can't, or simply don't want to handle.
