The team is made up of HR and people development specialists each with over 25 years in the arena of HR and people management, supporting managers and teams in the corporate and SME world. Additionally they also have considerable experience in the outsource arena world and are well versed with the trust that business owners and management teams place in such partners.
Pam and the team of HR Specialist's have a passion to help people and teams to develop from where they are today, to a place that better serves their long-term plans and immediate needs.

My wellbeing is critical - if I am not well how can I best serve everyone else in my life. So part of my wellbeing team is Susannah Simmons, Feel Good Fitness Coach. I met Susannah as part of a Training Community we both co-habited and since 2023, Susannah has been holding me accountable and mobile through her Wake Up and Work Out Wednesday morning sessions.
On the point of my wellbeing as a business owner, networking has played a massive part for me to allow me to have a dedicated regular space to be me, to meet new people, to learn, to be inspired and to build connections.
