Who are PM Business Support Services
PM Business Support Services was founded by Pam Molyneux, a HR and people development specialist in 2021.
The team is made up of HR and people development specialists each with over 25 years in the arena of HR and people management, supporting managers and teams in the corporate and SME world. Additionally they also have considerable experience in the outsource arena world and are well versed with the trust that business owners and management teams place in such partners.
Pam and the team of HR Specialist's have a passion to help people and teams to develop from where they are today, to a place that better serves their long-term plans and immediate needs.

My wellbeing is critical - if I am not well how can I best serve everyone else in my life. So part of my wellbeing team is Susannah Simmons, Feel Good Fitness Coach. I met Susannah as part of a Training Community we both co-habited and since 2023, Susannah has been holding me accountable and mobile through her Wake Up and Work Out Wednesday morning sessions.
On the point of my wellbeing as a business owner, networking has played a massive part for me to allow me to have a dedicated regular space to be me, to meet new people, to learn, to be inspired and to build connections. Keeping me co-ordinated and streamlined from a website, client contact and social media perspective are Darren and Liz from
Can Do Leads. Their knowledge and expertise is critical to my efficiency and professionalism when it comes to holding all of that together - backed by an amazing piece of software, that really does have it all.
James Lyon, The HR Marketing Guy is just phenomenal with the up to date content he provides - tailored and specific for HR businesses providing consultancy services it really does make my life so much easier, James and the team do all the research and create the content - something I don't have the attention to detail or skills to do! James' video programme is absolutely awesome and was a massive help for me to gain clarity around my service structure and how to best present this.
The Press Room, guided by the incredibly knowledgeable Amy Merrywest, keeps me updated on all things PR.
