HR Advisory - Piece of Mind Service

£299 per month

For peace of mind, you will receive expert advisory calls and emails, along with any associated paperwork needed for the situation.

Plus, enjoy the flexibility of no tie-ins and no contracts – stay with us as long as you need, with complete peace of mind.

Pay as You Go

£175 per hour

This is for when you have a specific staff issue and are either confident on how to proceed but just need that sounding board, coaching touchpoint, that reassurance you are doing everything right; or you are encountering unchartered waters and need that hand holding through from start to finish.

Any associated paperwork needed for the situation will be drafted.

Bank of 5 hours £750

If we encounter a more complex situation that is going to need more time, we can move into a bank of hours support structure.

This way you are getting a more cost effective solution but with the same level of expertise guidance and support.

You can use these hours over the course of 12 months.

All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT and subject to annual review
